Adebowale Jeff Johnson is one of the Leading Management Consultants in Africa. He is the first Youth Performance Consultant in the world. Prior to 2020, he has worked in 6 consulting firms with 20 years working experience. He also worked with several other organisations in different capacity ranging from Human Resource Manager, GM Strategy and Inovation, Business Service Manager, Project Manager, Resource Consultant, Corporate Affairs Manager, and Training Consultant. He is a speaker on National reforms, a Seasoned Adviser and an HR Generalist.
In 2005, he joined the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and since played critical roles with the Human Capital Policy Commission. He was involved in several national projects including the Ministry of Education Reform (recommending the return of missionary schools) and the review of the NEEDS document. He was on the team of the Lagos State Ministry of Finance retreat in 2009 and single handedly managed a Team Building retreat for RF Planning and Optimization Unit of MTN Nigeria in 2009. He also facilitated a class on Total Quality Management for the Federal Ministry of Power, Personal Effectiveness for the Ministry of Health, Lagos state and Capacity Development for Local Government Chairmen and members of Local Council Commission of the State of Ondo and has facilitated several training sessions for Small and Medium scale organisations.
He was involved in the consolidation of UNITY Bank where he played a major role in the HR Due Diligence bit of the project. He has since managed several HR Transformation, Large scale Recruitment (NNPC, NLNG, Mobil, GTBank, etc) and other Management project for big, medium and small scale businesses.
He recently implemented an enterprise transformation for JB Farms and was also the Lead Consultant (Project Manager) for the State of Osun’s School Administrator selection for the 11 new model schools across the State.
Debo’s interest in Real Estate research and advisory has given several opportunities to advise investors/promoters on their projects. Starting from market research, feasibility study report, concept design, business plan and generating Info Memos for fund raising; development advisory and project management up to channeling the properties to sales/rentals. His experience cuts across commercial, residential and mixed used development and recently hubs.
He has spoken at several university campuses including University of Lagos, University of Ibadan, University of Ilorin, Federal University of Technology Minna, Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye all in Nigeria and Houdegbe North American University, Benin Republic. He is a teacher of Value, a writer and a seasoned orator. He had been on radio several times speaking on several work related issues and motivation. He held a page on TIMELESS magazine where he educates on several soft skills issues and business advisory.
With the passion to make the youths of Nigeria and Africa become great Leaders of the world, Adebowale Jeff Johnson embarked on an African tour to engage the African youths in Leadership training, Root appreciation and Value driven life. His first stop was Benin Republic, in July 2009, in collaboration with GPH of Houndegbe North American University.
